About Me
I am a single 36yr old computer geek, with a 7yr old son. I am hoping to get healthy & fit for years to come for my son. In the last 2 years I topped out round 380 lb & it was my wakeup call. My current job started a biggest loser contest on 4/1/09 & I joined. 3 Months later I won the Individual 1st place with a 42.4 lb loss. Here I am about 10 months later with over 93 lb lost so far... I am doing it right via combination of healthy portions, food, and exercise. Its not Diet, its a total Life Change.

Starting the 2010 49 day Burn The Fat Holiday Chal
I totally relapsed into a sedentary life, eating healthy decent portions for 3/4 of the day and then eating like a jacka$$ for Dinner and on the weekends. So to kickstart me again, and loose the 40lb I put back on, I and starting the 2010 49 day Burn The Fat Holiday Challege on burnthefatinnercircle.com. 100lb total loss goal Broken!
Well, my 1 year anniversary of this whole process got me a hair from my goal off 100lb lost. I took a week and a half off from the gym, and from being hyper strict on my diet. Ate more Dark Chocolate that I should have and was -iffy- on my diet a little... Jumped back into the gym @ a more reasonable level that previously, and for my 54th week I weighted in @ 247.6 - making it 100.7lb total loss... Awsome! This next week I plan to start a MAX-OT training program... still not 100% on the process, but I'm learning. Im hoping to be able to recreate a portion of the progress as seen in the Iwanttolooklikethatguy.com documentary... build up the muscle mass, so that when I adjust the diet for cutting, the fat will burn off leaving the muscle.... in theory <wink> Wish me luck...

My 1 year total Weight Loss is @ 99.9lb - Wow! Wha
My Weigh in for Week 52... thats 1 full year of my journey is @ 248.4 lb... thats a weekly 3.6 lb loss... Making my 1 year to date weight loss 99.9lb!!!! (4/1/09 to 4/1/10) - Thats 1/10th of a LB shy of 100lb total!!! Im calling it 100lb, nobody can fault me for 1/10th of a lb... Thx to all who helped/pushed/inspired/put up w/ my Dailyburn rants and raves, my FB posts, and etc.... Im not giving up, but I think a week off might be in order!
