A Healthy Experience
Well, I'm really sorry to hear that your food log didn't really work out :( I wish there were some way I was able to understand exactly what wasn't working about it. But I appreciate your still sticking through and logging your exercises. I'm glad DB did help you achieve some of your health-related goals and helped you reflect on your behaviors! Minimize your consumption of junk food (wink) and have yourself a happy and healthy holiday season! :)

Reflection
My food logged did not work, or at least I don't think so, but from what I've written down on my papers I eat a lot of fast food. It's not healthy, so I'm going to try to stop eating a lot of fast food. I do think that I eat fast food a lot because it's the easiest way to get food. You don't have to cook or even get out of your car. I work out a good amount. I don't over do it and I feel that it's more fun than actually working. Daily burn did help me with my health related goals. I feel that I learned a lot from other people experience and it really help me think about things I should be doing to be healthy. I enjoyed this class even though sometimes I feel that there's a lot to do. I learned a lot about things I should do to be healthy. It's a good class.
