New Year's Resolutions - Scratch That.... GOALS!
Regarding New Year’s Resolutions: Don’t set goals you can’t meet. You’ll just end up feeling guilty. Make your New Year’s resolution about goal setting. Smaller daily goals will more likely end up getting accomplished than many (or even one) huge goals you set once a year. I suggest setting one goal every day. If... you accomplish that, everything else is icing on the cake, and you end up feeling like a winner :)
