Title...
A weekend away shouldn't feel like sabotage, but sometimes I think it has to be. Unintentional, but sabotage none the less. I want to go to Disneyland SO bad, but I am afraid that I would use the time away as an excuse, and I would gain. I was blown away when I got on the scale yesterday, and when I looked in the rearview mirror this morning, that's the first time I saw it. It is in my face, and my waistline. I want to keep my first goal date as February 26th, for a 20lb loss, but I won't be upset if I lose more before then. I am sorry you gained. :( I know you will pull it back off. Thank goodness for the treadmill. :) I am not having any alcolhol between now and my birthday. It's not going to be my friend.

My weekend
I had a wonderful weekend away with my husband and of course at horribly, as the trip included just about every "hearty" restaurant in the world. The food was good, but I gained over 3 pounds in 2.5 days. I am going to try to eat the cleanest I can this week and hit the treadmill like a hampster to try to get back where I was before the weekend. I'm actually going to try to get under that because next Saturday is the crab feed I have been waiting for months for and don't want to hold back there either. It looks like it's going to be a long hard week!

Thank you for your motivation. I look forward to getting on the scale now, and even let other people see me get on it, so I am absolutely accountable for my weight. I am counting on losing 20lbs by the day before my birthday, but 25 would be a nice gift to myself. :) I am refraining from logging my weight everyday. Ang looks amazing!! And so do you, and you were logging more than once a week...
