So far I really like it. Grant bought me the watch so I can see my calories right away instead of having to log on, so it helps motivate me to push more through the day to meet my burn goal. As far as tracking food goes, that's been difficult with my birthday this weekend. Plus, I have to get my mom's computer set up with Java so I can log food when I'm here. I'm planning on working really hard the rest of this week to gear up for this weekend too! The bodybugg also counts my steps, and according to it, I've been meeting 10000 steps almost every day, which is cool! I bet you would like this thing, but it is expensive. However, I was able to find one on craigslist for $150 and it came with the arm thing that keeps track of cals and the watch thing that let's you see what you are doing without having to log on the computer every five minutes (those usually run $250 for the bodybugg and $70 for the watch). Also Costco had just the bodybugg for $179 with a coupon. So if you really are interested, there are ways to get them cheaper :). Hell, I think they should give 24hour fitness customers a discount!

Thank you for the note. Congrats on quiting smoking! I think that will make a huge difference in your overall health. I'm so excited for you. I plan on going back to the gym tonight. I don't think I've been since November, so it should be interesting. I do like my 30 day shred DVD. It was really hard for me when I first started and was so overweight. However, now it does get my heart rate up but it's not nearly as hard as it was when I first started. I'm on phase 2 of 3. It's good for those nights that you don't feel like going out to the gym, but I'm not sure you burn quite as much. I hope you have a great rest of the week, - Jenny

So it has been really rainy and crappy here, I guess that accounts for my laziness.I have been keeping a written log of my stuff, not that I have been eating right or working out, but I am going to log all of the stuff I have written down today and see how I've done.

I hope all is well. It's time to start tracking food again! I've worked out three times this week, and things are going well. What's going on in Cali? - Jenny
