Ugh
Ok, so I started the HCG Diet, which includes a vary low calorie diet. I'm supposed to be at 500 calories a day, but I always seem to end up at 700-800. It's only my third day and I haven't been hungry which is good. It just seems like everything is over 500 calories. Time to be more diligent of what all I'm eating. And I really need to work out, but having no space and no privacy is a pain. Tomorrow is a new day though.

It's time
Ok, time to be real. I'm finally through all the craziness of the last few months and no longer on the disabled list. Starting Monday we begin 10K training, plus it's time for me to build some upper body strength to take my pole dancing to the next level. I think I've been holding on to my weight for so long because I didn't want to go back to being the pretty dumb blonde. I suppose I've realized I'll be judged regardless so I might as well focus on keeping my body healthy and keeping myself happy.
