About Me
I am 30 years and tired of not feeling comfortable in summer clothes..i.e. a bathing suit. I used to weigh 122 pounds all through high school but it seems as soon as college started so did my weight gain. I have been doing Weight Watchers since about Jan 5 2009 and I have lost 15 pound so far. I hope keeping track of everything on this site will help keep me motivated. So far I love it!

New Site/New Week
I just logged in after the long Memorial Day weekend and the new site seems pretty cool! I have to get back on track after misbehaving ALL weekend so hopefully the new site will be a great motivator too! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Outback Steakhouse!!!
I never usually record my points for the weekend and this is exactly why! It makes me realize just how many calories you can consume if you don't strategically plan what you will eat when you go out to dinner! Ha! Well, it's raining today but I better get my butt to the park and walk off those 2400 calories I consumed yesterday!!! Whoa!! Here I go...it's Sunday, let's see how I do today! It's already 1:45 and I haven't eaten anything yet, so here it goes!

Exercise Works!
I must say that I haven't exercised in 2 weeks and it's nobody's fault but my own. I gained 1.2 pounds in the past week! And I am so disgusted with myself. No excuses next time I work the late shift...I am exercising and getting back to work! It makes me sick to watch the scale go up instead of down! UGH!

The weather has been so crappy I haven't been able to walk this week, I have been on what I feel is an eating frenzy, so today I am DEFINITELY getting back on track. Going to the park and keeeping the calorie intake below 1500!
