First day at the gym..
Well, wandered around a bit and wasn't sure what to do exactly, but, logged in some time on the elliptical and did some weight training.

Well, working out on Saturday didn't pan out..
On the bright side though, I'm pretty sure I lost weight.. lol.. I seemed to have gotten some kind of food poisoning, spent the entire day quite ill and nothing I ate stayed down.. Finally cleared up at 6 pm, but, yeah, didn't sound like the elliptical would be a good idea.

1st step - Joined the Gym..
Alrighty, well, took the first step today and joined the local Planet Fitness. Did not actually work out yet, but, hope to start tomorrow.. I know I'm way too dehydrated to actually do a real workout today. SO, I'm guzzling down the water today hopefully that will be enough catching up. Had to actually find some clothing suitable for a workout in my size, my previous "gym clothes" are a bit 'ahem' snug.. Hopefully tomorrow will be grocery shopping for appropriate items to get the nutrition aspect right and a workout in the evening. I haven't officially weighed in yet. I keep forgetting to weigh in the morning, so hopefully I'll remember tomorrow and consider the whole shebang officially started..
