Almost There!
I'm sorry about the meds and your wrists. :( I fear the same for my wrists in the future since my job requires me to type all day. I've had a lot of "Is this really happening?" moments lately - in a good way. I'm redefining me to be a much fancier, girlier, nicer dressed, more confident, skinner me. I am finally able to see the changes that everyone else has seen and been telling me about. How absolutely incredible and powerful! I've been doing great at tracking food, but I haven't hit the gym in over a month! :( I bought new workout shorts tonight and despite traveling a lot this coming up week - I'm pledging to working out twice this week. Don't feel too bad about taking a week off. Sometimes we need the break - both mentally and physically. The important thing is not to let yourself stray for too long. You can do this! You are so close to being under 200! What a huge goal! Any big plans for celebrating when the number on the scale starts with a 1 instead of a 2? - Jenny

January and the first half of February were only half-hearted attempts. Now, I'm back. :) Good luck tomorrow at the doctor's. I'm praying for you. Amazing how much we can accomplish when we set our minds to it. Fingers crossed! - Jenny
