    I've missed ya!! Glad to see that you are back on the healthy wagon!! I did slack over the last week, week and a half, funny thing is I miss watching what I eat and working out hard!! Good Luck to you and glad to have you back as my motivator!! Remember I am here to offer motivation too!! :))

    The holiday food struggle

    So I am back after the holidays.. after all the over-eating and over indulging, it's time to shift my focus back on my workouts and nutrition.. I have gained about 2 lbs back, and i think it's just from all the food and little enthusiasm about working out.. so after i weighed myself this morning, reality hit me that i need to hit the workouts hard again.. i have plugged in my 60-day workout (ina dvanced mode) to get myself in gear again.. after i do the 60-day rotation, i will get back on the P90X.. hitting it hard again.. i'm motivated to get my tummy flat and legs and butt toned.. spring break on the beach in a bathing suit?? i think so!!! positive thinking always gets positive results!!

    The FIRM Beliver's Club

    i've joined the FIRM beliver's club.. since i've done that, i can plug in the videos that i have, and depending on what i want to concentrate on, it will create a calendar of workouts for me!! I absolutely love it!!! It is so worth it!! Here it goes.. Day #1 and the countdown begins.. the calendar popped out my favorite workout to do on the first day!! what a great start.. i'm super pumped!

    I'm Back!

    So it's been about 2 months since i've gotten on this website.. i think it's about time to jump back on the wagon.. i fell off the serious workout wagon, so i'm jucmping back on board.. it's the countdown to Christmas.. i wanna try to look as cute and thin as i can for that day.. so here's to getting back on track!!! :)

I am a mom of 5 children that has become overweight over the years.. constantly on the go with the kids sports and school, there was never any time for me to take care of myself.. so now that I've seen a few hideous pictures of how i'm looking now.. I've decided that things are going to finally change.. I may not get back the small petite frame that I had pre-baby, but I will do my best to attain a healthy weight doing it the right way with exercise and good nutrition..
