I recognize your picture!
This is so funny because I check in on your blog periodically and this is the picture you had on that! We both ended up posting on the same forum and I thought to myself, "I think that's the yummy gluten free food blog lady!" I'll admit I've never made anything from it, but boy does it all look and sound delicious. So here's my favorite GF hot cereal: Bob's Red Mill mighty tasty hot cereal. I make a whole batch for the week and add a bunch of cinnamon and dried powdered ginger to the water (I use 4+ cups water w/all my extras) then add cereal, a bit into cooking add a 1/2 c of dried cherries/blueberries/cranberries, add a scoop of pea protein powder and cook until done. then what i do, which is what really makes it good, is when I have it for breakfast I slice 1/3 banana on it add a sprinkle of water and microwave for 3 min to heat and cook banana. I stir in rice milk and toasted chopped walnuts and enjoy. I eat almost every day at work and still LOVE it!

RE: Breakfast Oats
I agree that oats are the best "traditional" breakfast, but GF pasta would keep you going long past lunch! "Breakfast like a king etc.. ;-)
