About Me
Married, mother of two. Trying to get out of the habit of making excuses to not go to the gym. Would love to run a 5K this spring.

Mall Walking
When it's very cold or very hot, mall walking is a great (free) workout option. If you can't find a mall try a local hospital or other building with very long hallways. If they have stairs, use them, you can go fast up/down stairs to get the blood pumping and combine that with your walks. Don't forget some upbeat music in your ears to keep you motivated - Happy Workouts!

No Excuse for me...
So, I have been slacking off a bit even though it's beautiful outside here. So I don't even have a good excuse. That's so terrible that it's below zero there! I think I would just hide under a blanket. I would totally recommend the half marathon though...it really was a blast. Now I need a new race to keep me motiviated!

Well you can always get back into your program which is nice. Sorry for the below 0 weather we have been experiencing a lot of that up here. It is okay though just get back into the gym or working out at home and you will start to see the results you want.
