    9 Mile Runner

    I'm so proud of myself, I have started to follow in my fiance's foot steps, literally. This past Sunday him and i went our for some long runs, he was running 15 miles and I planned for 9. He wears a Garmin watch to track his miles so to help me he carried a bright pink wash cloth with him which he dropped at my half way point for me. Finding it was the most exciting point of my run. I crouched down to pick it up and shouted "I did it!". Although no one was around I couldn't help but be happy. I finished off the run with a GU packet and some good yoga stretching at the end.

    Walking Chores

    So in an effort to get my things done and some exersice in I've been walking to and from home and all of my errends. This not only lowers my carbon footprint, but lets me get my exersise in during my busy schedule!

    Lazy

    I need more motivation to get outside and run, i guess this weather has been dragging me down but thats no excuse!! In two weeks I can start going to the gym again, until then I need, need, NEED to keep pushing myself. I just hope I havn't packed on too much weight since my last gym visit :(

    making recipies

    so i discovered my new favoite feature on here! creating recipies taylored exactly to what i eat! its really awesome that instead of guesstimating what foods are close to what I ate I can actually draw up exactly what I eat every day by building my own recipie on here. I can also share some of my favoirte foods with you guys and maybe get some feedback on what I've been eatting. I hope I can help some of you guys out with the food I post on here!

    blimpie walk

    There's a Blimpie about a mile from my house, so instead of driving there I walk the mile there get a grilled buffalo chicken on wheat, no cheese extra hot sauce with a raspberry ice tea and lots of ice. And then walk the meal off. It makes me feel less guilty about it a not so guilty meal :)
