Title...
My 35th birthday was a few days ago. I feel more fit that when I first logged on here. In the intervening years I have upped my bicycling and participated in a 5k and a few bike races. This year I want to do maybe a few more but we are planning on adding on to our house and doing most of the work ourselves. Training may not fit in but the hard work will help with the total body fitness. I am working with a couple friends to wake every morning at 5:30 to get ANY form of exercise in. I mainly do yoga and am starting to add evening cardio or weight lifting. The yoga stretches me out and wakes me up without burning too much energy. This year is shaping up to be different....

Things are going slowly :P I'm not that motivated to get things done. I haven't created any habits yet either...Always checking my weight before I shower, always logging my nutrition information, etc. I'll get there though, at the very least because my hubby keeps asking if I've done them yet ;) hehe

New Year :)
I'm 32 now :) Time to get back into the shape I was in. Today was not such a great day. I am trying to do better not throwing away so many leftovers. On other days I hope it will mean healthier meals :P We went out to dinner last night for my birthday and I didn't eat much at the restraunt so I brought most of my steak tips and sweet potato home :) Another serving of the spinach artichoke dip from New Year's Eve wasn't the best idea to go with it though :P Now I have to get my lazy bum up and do some yoga and walk the treadmill :P Good thing we've been meal planning to budget the groceries better! I know I won't be eating this way tomorrow!
