    Okay SOOOO this create a workout thing isn't so easy so i'll just post what i did. wii fit yoga for 30 minutes, aerobic step for ten minutes, then i did the wii fit plus indulge workout which consisted of a quick run, rhythm boxing and lunges i think for total of ten minutes, then for fun did ten minutes of the balance game of ski salome. WHEW

    UUUGGGGHHH

    I thought that I ate a lot of protein. According to my nutrition logs, I eat wayyyyy more carbs than necessary and not enough protein. In 3 days of logging, I've seen that my protein hasn't met goal ONCE. NOT ONCE. Carbs are over. Calories are good. whatever. NEED MORE PROTEIN. LESS BREAD. LESS BREAD. LESS BREAD.
