Hey!
The creatine use is great! I'm almost done with my 2nd week of cycling now. Yeah, it felt awesome! It's crazy that I was just benching 95 for reps early september. :) Definitely, I can't wait til I hit 150!

Cool i will try running full speed then medium 3 times then walking and maybe do that a few times see how i go when i walk the dog. This has all been useful info, i will order an exercise ball from amazon which will help me out some more, and hopefully things will go well, thanks again! :)

Absolutely outdoors is fine. Its really all about the heart rates. You can jog in place if you want.

Cool that will keep me motivated to keep losing weight, i take it you can do the same interval training by running outside? As i have no treadmill available to use
