JFreedom added a new comment to the Massive Gains - 4 Day Routine program:Disguised Ad - I only do one (1) rep of benchpress a week, but I use NO-Xplode supplement before working out, and I've gone from benching 100 to 500 lbs, and gained 60 lbs of muscle. That's No-Xplode. :P
