About Me
Trying to add some pounds of muscle. Got a trainer and a strict diet. It's hard keeping track of it all so this site should help.

back again again
Wow. I got a flu after my cold after my cold. I am sick of being sick. It's wrecked my body. I've lost muscle mass and it shows. I am back now (for good). 140lbs seem so far from where I am at.

back again
Trying to get back in the routine. 1 week of being sick can wreck your routine. Hopefully I will be able to get back full swing this week.

6 days
With 6 days till the cruise I've been able to get the most shredded (8.5% body fat) and toned I've ever been in my life. My goals aren't done here. I am going to keep on working really hard to get mass. I'd gotten used to my trainer's high-rep low-weight superset routines. I'm switching to lower rep higher weight. I think I also need to adjust my diet to eat "a little" more carbs and protein (more calories). I have stuck to the carb/protein high cal diet for about a month and I have actually lost weight on it. It's all that time at the gym!! (6 times lifting / 2 times cardio)

Happy New Year!!
Hi Jose (wave), "Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each new year find you a better man." ~Benjamin Franklin. As a fellow Tampainian (I just made up that word lol) I must admit I have some respect for you just because you are doing the P90x program!! I bought that last year and it was too grueling; This year I’m starting out with the Chalean Extreme program by the same company and may graduate to P90x. Keep up the work!! I'd like to say to all my "GymBuddy"s, why not this year if/when formulating your New Year's Resolutions that you think of in terms of GOALS. That way you’re allowed to pace yourself, learn, grow, and adapt so that you can achieve success without breaking any resolutions. Happy New Year and I wish you the best!! :) :D
