A Healthy Experience
I think you've made an interesting observation about tracking your meals... there is an awkwardness to tracking EVERYTHING because you have to face the fact that not everything that is consumed is healthy... :) Now that this semester is over, you can always make the nutrition log feature 'private' so you can continue logging your TRUE eating habits w/o anyone seeing... that is, if you are truly interested in knowing the full scope of your caloric intake. :) Have a happy and healthy holiday season! :)

Semester Reflection
A) Logging my food consumption, well if I would have done it on a regular basis, really does make you feel uncomfortable if you are eating bad. This would help in promoting better eating habits. B) Again if I would have tracked my workouts consistently I would have been able to see my progress not only physically but graphically. Seeing the progress in both ways can help in giving a stronger positive perspective and stronger drive to keep going forward with the workouts. C) Yes, Daily Burn was valuable in giving somewhat of a push to get exercising again. It provided some great tools to be used in starting and maintaining an exercise routine. D) Happy Holidays to everyone and thanks Miss B. for an awesome semester. I really learned a lot in this class.

Comprehensive Program
You need to "JOIN" your comprehensive program or else it doesn't show up under your 'workout programs' on the right-hand column. To read my comments regarding your design, click on your comp program, and scroll to the bottom. Have a great day!

I thought you said "No More Excuses"?
How is your motivation? What are your thoughts on why you are not logging your workouts/foods regularly... or more importantly, are you doing your workouts? (And maybe you are but are just not logging them... I can only go by what I see in your profile). You know what I would suggest? Go back and revisit your answers in your post about not making up excuses. RE #1. don't be so hard on yourself. RE #2. I saw that you actually DID log some crunches the other week... did you do them right as you got up out of bed? How did that work out? RE #3: Gym or Gym? This doesn't give you much options. Why not create 2 options that are different and also not limiting. Let's see how you can address these this week!
