Food...
Ok...I know this sounds stupid...but my weakness is, when I see food...I eat it. So, when there's lots of food I find it hard to resist. Last week I was at our church camp in New Brunswick and I did ok with not eating too much at meals...but I really would like to lose some more weight this summer. So, I'm going to try and reduce what I eat and up the exercise.

It's a new year.
Well, my wife gave me a three month membership to the gym...so I'm going to get back into the routine. I've gained a little weight over the holidays and want to get that off and more.

Hello Jason! you did great earlier this year, it's time to get back in track! if you're hitting a plateau you can try to change your workouts to something completely different, or change your diet too
