Stopped tracking, but didn't stop working...
I started up p90x again - this time with a couple of friends at work. We're in week 3 now, and going strong. I've already reached my goal of 15 reps for all 12 push-up sets during the chest workout. Now, I want to reach my other goals of finishing plyo, upping my left shoulder's strength, being able to really do wall squats, and getting some flexibility back into my kicks. I really did lose it this last rebound into Chunksville - and it's definitely not easy to get it back.

Day 2
Today I did the week 3, day 2 routine for 25+. I was able to nail every pushup, but I could only do the minimum on the last set. My back and shoulders are definitely sore. I did also cut back on my eating a ton and have dropped 4 lbs since Monday. Most of that, I'm assuming is just junk weight that my body is purging as I start being active again. Especially after the past 2 weeks of eating and drinking and partying...

WooWhee
Not for a minute did I think that doing the 100 pushup challenge would be easy, but I also did not suspect that it would kick my ass like this. I know I'm not in the best shape, so I expected the pain - and I got it - when I fell flat on my face trying to push out the last two pushups. I barely made it through the last set and my arms are on FIRE.

Back on the horse
After a lot of success with p90x, and not a lot of success after it... I'm back on the horse. I'm going to try something simple in the Hundred Push Up challenge, and a running routine that is geared towards beginners. Have to start somewhere.
