    hellos :)

I agree-it is frustrating not finding a similar exercise/workout that you did on the site-can be a major pain :/ glad you're not fully leaving :)

    I can't take it anymore!

Dearest Dailyburn Tracker. Although I love you pretty colors and fancy graphs, I feel like I can no longer handle tracking my workouts on your site. The exercises available are lacking and starting to affect my ability to keep what I actually do in the gym straight with what I've recorded. And now that my eating habits are no longer affected by how much I work out, I don't really see the point. Finally, I have to stop because the challenges have become ever so frustrating. Some of you girls really know how to pump some iron! Unfortunately, that's just not the type of workout I'm doing right now. And those challenges with both men and women...I don't care if I'm not first, but do you honestly expect me to believe you can lift 6 MILLION POUNDS in the same time frame as the rest of us...I know what you are doing sir and it's called cheating! These challenges are not longer motivators for me. Instead, they have become triggers of feelings of hopelessness and weakness. But do not fret my dailyburn comrads, just because I no long write down what I'm doing does not mean I am not working out! I will be in the gym with you all each day in spirit. Keep it up! UPDATE: After further consideration, I decided I will still keep track of my cardio. I just can't imagine all those graphs going to waste!

    New Diet Plan...Activate!

I'd like to think I've been pretty good about keeping at the gym and getting a good workout. There have been days where I have been SUPER tired and couldn't bring myself to go. But everyone needs a rest day as long as it isn't 3 times a week! Unfortunately, the diet portion hasn't been going as well. Adding cardio to my routine has left me HUNGRY and with the poor mentality that I can now eat more. OMNOMNOM...which is ok as long as I make the right decisions. Well I have been eating more, but of the wrong things. THIS IS TO BE NO MORE. I think part of it is from using the advanced settings in the nutrition log. "If I workout today, I get to eat this cookie!" I've turned it off and I am going to be focusing on staying within my range! Close to the top on big workout days and down to the bottom on lighter workout days. Wish me luck!

    Good luck !

Holidays are always hard I think, you fall out of your routine and you are busy so it is easy to fall off the wagon. Good for you to climb back on! Have fun in Vegas
