About Me
I am a retired Network Administrator and was a Military wife for 22 years of our 29 year marriage. During the past 10 years the weight has creeped on and my exercise routine has slowed down. I just turned 59, my goal is to be in my best possible shape by my 60th birthday so it's time to get my butt in gear!

Thank you for the invite. I probably won't be very good at motivating you, but I'm sure you'll motivate me. I'm sorry it took me so long to accept, I fizzled on exercising a month or more ago due to arthritis having a hay day with me. A few minutes ago I thought about your invite to be Motivators for each other, and you waiting for an answer, then I thought to myself, yes! Today's my fresh start. So I did a short workout and feel great that I did. Thank you! Now I better go log in my workout. :-)
