About Me
Fitness goals for '09 include: Run an average of 100 miles per month. 1,200 total for the year. Reaching and maintaining weight between 175-180 pounds. Integrating strength training into my routine at least 3 times per week. And having fun while doing it all!!

Off Pace
And it was colder out than it looked. Felt listless and slow but I'm happy with recent mileage. Also happy to be making an appearance on the run 1,000 mile challenge leaderboard. Looking forward to staying there if possible. However, vacation looms..

Poke ? :p Yeah I haven't been running for a long time. It's because of the weather (rain too much = mud) and above all I have no time at all this week. But I have planned to run again normally from Sunday! Thanks for the post and keep running :)
