Change it up a bit
so I changed my nutrition goals to try and meet my goal, the balanced one did not seem to be working. In about a month I have only lost 1.8 lbs and I should of lost at least 3.5lbs hope this helps

1st day of exercise routine
Walked and jogged for 1 km I jogged twice at 2 min each hope to improve on this. Legs burned before 2 min mark each time, hard on lungs, need to get into shape! Went on Eliptical to try and make up for not jogging the whole time.

Here we go....
Started tracking my food yesterday, and purchased the bar scan for packaged foods, I start my workout training tomorrow, I WILL stick to this, I will NOT make excuse's and give up, I will allow my self some "cheat meals", or I won't stick to it!
