good first week back
so far so good I've lifted weights five times and done cardio and still fit disc golf into the mix! I haven't lost a ton of weight but I do need to build up the muscle so I don't expect to. Plus I'm trying to eat around 2500-2900 calories per day so that I don't crash diet and fall off the wagon. i won't be able to lift tonight but tomorrow for sure!

I'm Back
After a busy summer of playing disc golf, softball and sporatic workouts, I'm back to workout consistently again! I started a membership at the community center in town and with the cold weather I'm ready to take it indoors. Sometimes a new location gets me motivated to workout again, I'm sick of fitness first and Crown college and excited about the new place!

p90x
Its been my first week of p90x and i will admit i like the workouts. I will say the commercials make it seem like this is a magical program and transforms your body but of course that is how they want it to seem. The workouts are intense but nothing that i'm not used to. It is nice to do something different though and i'll probably do this program for a matter of months to see how it turns out.

The weekends
The weekend i ate one cheat meal each day which ended up being 2000-3000 calories for one meal. Then today i gave in to my cravings for sweets. I love food but the rest of this week will be 2200 calories or less.

Wow i'm fat
I'm up to 218 which is the highest i've been since last winter. I seem to lose weight quickly but then gain even quicker so what can a guy do. My has been brutal so the last three days i stepped up my game and have had low calorie days. Food always gets the best of me...
