Title...
Any new year's resolutions?!?!?!??! Keep working hard. I am trying to make a habit of getting my cardio done in the morning. Hopefully it lasts!

how's the p90x work out?

the x and after
thanks for stopping by my journal. indeed i love whap90x has done for my definition, stamina and endurance. it is the best workout i've found. insanity has been disappointing.so i've added i'm trying to shake it up with a mixture of p90x+, insanity and other work. still haven't found just the right mix and can't go back to pure p90x because of the boredom factor. good luck on your p90x journey. it is awesome

Hey
Hey, thanks for being my motivator as well! Unfortunately, I have been slipping on my exercise the last few weeks, I need to get started again. The first month and a half I saw great results, so hopefully you will see good results as well! Keep it up.
