Had a pretty good bench workout, but I'd definitely like a spotter and I'd love to hit each body group 1.2x a week. 1x a week is a bit long in b/w workouts.

Chest
I like my chest workouts for the most part, but not happy with my chest by any means. Still, I was at the (school) gym yesterday and I put up 185 for reps clean with full ROM, felt good. :)
