ow. ow. ow. ow. part #2 will make you sweat buckets. my injury prevents me from lifting heavy weights, but the workout is still very very good.

30 days passed from my 90 day workout plan. Motivation is strong, exercises are hard and rewarding. yay!

6+ weeks of intense workout, and I injure myself on the "recovery week". Strained pectoral muscle. not so much fun.
