    Bad Behavior

    Wow. For two days now I've eaten what I want, not recorded anything faithfully, and gained back my weight. Not good. No exercise either. I better fix this before it spirals into a loss of motivation!

    Yeah, Baby, Yeah!

    After bouncing around the 251-247 range for two weeks, I finally made some downward (upward?) progress! I weighed in today at 244! Hoorah!

    Improvement...?

    Well, I've finally managed to do the full number of reps for all three sets of my bodyweight routine...MAN AM I TIRED! My stomach hurt for days when I stepped up to 2 1/2...tomorrow it will probably hurt BAD!!!!

    I was bad yesterday!

    I started my day out pretty normal. My body was sore from the sedentary to active transition, and I decided early that I would probably use the day as a resting day. The problem came when a friend invited me over for drinks. I wound up drinking a bunch of beer and then eating almost double my nutritional goals. I don't even want to enter all of the data because I don't wanna see that spike on my charts! Bad Justin! Bad!

    Starting Point

    Well, I've measured everything I can measure (I don't have calipers so I can't measure body fat). I've also discovered that TAE BO is MUCH more intensive than I thought. I'll have to split my cardio days from my strength days. No biggy. I decided to dump the "5 Basics" program, using exercises from my Navy days instead. This was due to the heavy lower-body concentration (lunges and squats) which tend to hurt my joints.
