    Wow this is a long journey. Weights 3-4x; begin sprinting 1x, and push up challenge 3x. No nuts for next 7 days, reduce eggs to few times, next 7 days no eggs.

    This is the beginning of a new journey. No nuts. Continue with supp - be active abt consuming as directed. Exercise - 3 - 5 hours cardio, weights 3-4 times

    Not sure if previous post went through, but low calories, pretty (but not completely) strict with wheat. Reduced eggs, tomatoes, and nuts (still eating). Waist down to 27 inches.

    Following the no wheat very closely (though did eat 2 slices of pizza last thursday), extremely limited rice (1 piece of sushi), has been beneficial. I have reduced the amount of eggs, nightshades, and limited reduction in nuts. Think part of the weight loss is calorie restriction. But have been eating salmon, steak, and veggies. Have cut fruit, but not eliminated it.

    9/8/12 - 121.8 - Lowest I've been in a decade or m

    This probably due to caloric restriction as I had a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and buffalo wings for dinner (from the bowling alley). And two tablespoons of coconut oil. Will not do full autoimmune protocol until get estrogen blood work done. Will just be strict paleo. No grains/legumes/sugar/dairy. Create menu plan so that I have less to think about. Supplement with fish oil, selenium, probiotic, sam-e, b12, b-complex.
