    Today, I'm actually going to get serious about thi

    I went to the gym today and did my normal routine exercises. I did my weigh in, and I haven't dropped but 1/2 pound. It's time to change my diet. Dropping cokes, and increasing water consuption. Also, no fries when going out to eat and try to do better thru moderation.

    Went out to eat at lunch

    Went to Nothing but Noodles for lunch today instead of working out. Hopefully tomorrow my daughter will be more cooperative and I will be able to pack my lunch and will then be able to workout.
