I've got round to getting some pictures of myself and in all honesty, I am pretty disheartened by them. 2 years ago I was incredibly healthy, able to beat almost anyone I took on in a 100 metre sprint and beat in an arm wrestle. 2 years of pretty much no physical activity has left me at about 70% what I used to be and that needs to change. Now.
