It's so hard I have to eat pizza at the end of the day just to make up for eating good ;)

Thanks for the add and your kind comments. :) That cleanse sounds like a really rough thing to do! For me, eating raw food has been a cleanse, I did go through detox for a little while and I felt absolutely great afterward. You are right it is really tough to get the recommended calories when you eat healthy food! I just eat until I am satisfied and feel great so far. Also, my weight loss seems to be leveling off as I approach my ideal weight, even though I am eating a lot less calories than I used to.
