Amazing
I am finding so much pleasure from staring at this body weight chart right now. The 46 pounds of fat that I lost and the dozen or so pounds of muscle I've gained is the payment from all this hard work. By March I should have lost another 15 pounds and started lifting and weight training. When the weather gets nicer I'll be running too. I can't wait to put on a hat to protect my face from the sun and run for anywhere from an hour to 2 hours and enjoy it. I need to get nice shoes.

I don't have the time
to record any of my exercise or nutrition statuses. I'd like it if it was recorded automatically without my having to sit and plug in the data. My workout routine is 45-60 minutes of moderate to high intense cardio on my stationary bike with moving handles. A ton of crunches and declined pushups and a whole lot of stretching. I add in weights every other day to maximize my stretching routine and to gain a little bit of muscle growth potential.

I lost 14 pounds
I'm happy to say that I've lost 14 pounds in under 2 months. As a treat I'm going to workout on the stationary bike for a full hour! LOLZ.

40+
I try to aim for 40+ minutes on the stationary bike (with moving handles) every day. I've been trying to aim for my normal 100 oz of water a day I kept going for months last year. If I keep this up I might lost 30 and gain back more muscle by the end of November.
