Ok, either my scale is busted or...
...I'm officially on a plateau. You would think that daily hydration fluctuations would create a little variance from day to day. Anyway, I'm going to give it another week and if I'm still stuck at 197, I guess I'll have to raise my calories to my maintenance level for a week or two so my body will let me start losing fat again. (h/t Fat2Fit)

Junk Food Day
Just finished my dance competition, came home starving, and realized I haven't had any junk food in forever. But instead of ordering a large pizza or Chinese, I ate a leftover piece of pizza from a low-fat version I made and had some Rold Gold cheddar pretzels. Not the healthiest food ever, but I stayed within my calorie range rather than blowing it out of the water! Yay!

I was pretty dehydrated this morning so I'm fully prepared for it to jump back over 198 tomorrow. I did the Shred and then drank a bunch of coffee to keep me awake so I could study for my stats final (which is tonight). I will also fully enjoy "being" 197ish for today, however. :-)
