    Frustrated!

    I'm finding it very difficult to meet my protein requirement. I don't eat meat, and so I tend to substitute a lot of cheese (which I just looove), but then it's either very fatty or loaded with carbs.

    First Entry! Goals

    My overall goal is to gain muscle and lose fat; cliché, I know. I have a slim petite frame, which is great (though I wished I were taller). I cannot afford to lose any weight, because then I will look anorexic. But, I desperately need to lose all the budunkadunk in my trunk. My ass jiggles, my thighs jiggle, even that area above my knees jiggle! I'm 28, I'm not getting any younger. Luckily I am married beacuse if not I'd have to be competing with those teeny boppers (arghh)... Oh the despair! But back to my point: I want my fat to melt away while I simultaneously gain some muscle mass to keep my weight/frame around the same.
