Same Thing...
I did the same thing yesterday. I took the girls to Chuck E Cheese's and ate almost half a pizza. Then we went out for pizza with Kesha's family later in the eve. But I have been back on track today. We need to allow ourselves to splurge once in a while. The key is not to let it ruin our overall progress.

Worst Day Yet
Well today turned into to a reck calorie wise. We had plans to go to Pastini Pastaria at Bridgeport and get our salads and sandwich but it was super busy and Nyla was being a little butt. So we went to our old favorite Zao Noodle Bar and splurged! Bad idea though. My Kung Pao Chicken meal alone was my calorie limit for the day. And once you go extremely past your daily goal its hard to have any motivation the rest of the day. We got home and ate more bad food. Ugh. I will definitely be keeping days like this to a minimum.

Oh man, my legs were burning today. Managed to focus down on the bike and kick out an hour in one sitting though. I will take it. Heart rate was definitely pumping.
