Body Comp
I got my body comp done today...12% body fat and my lean body mass was 138 lbs...way under the minimum desirable weight...so time for me to get serious and pack on some weight!

Don't Like This
I got kicked in the ribs during the sparring portion of my Taekwon-do class on Monday. I lifted on Tuesday but it hurt like crazy. It started feeling better so I went back to Taekwon-do and now it hurts worse than on Monday. I think I'm gonna have to check in with my doctor...I hate doctors. They usually are a big waste of time.

Yep have seen the veganbodybuilding site and have also been told that Portland, Oregon is the Mecca for vegan foods and vegan everything really haha. I actually didn't find the transition to veganism very hard at all, aside from maybe cheese which quickly vanished in a distant memory within a month or so. You should have an easy time over in Portland Josh ;)

Yeah man no idea why you guys won't embrace the metric system :) 7kg is about 15.5lbs i think, so little way to go yet but i was around that weight 6 months ago, so just need to eat well and train hard to get back up there. And don't worry Josh i can quite happily get to 200lbs+ as a vegan with no animal products or supplements...it's just about knowing what foods to eat and mixing your workouts up when you hit a wall. Take it easy man.

give me a month or so to get back up to speed. I am only back to lifting this past week (after about a year off) so I am lifting really light for now. That must be intense...do lots of squats and leg presses!
