    Home stretch...

    10 lbs more to goal! 126.8 to 117 for goal on home page and 126.8 to 116.8 for last medal. Once there will probably do some mad muscle building and probably end up 122 as the max.

    Dr weigh in better than home

    Home scale must be off. Thought I had lost only 5 lbs since last visit but doctor said it was 12. Sounds good to me, no wonder burned through another clothing size already. Will keep recording based on home scale though.

    5 lbs

    These last 5 lbs are the hardest fought since I started. 6 months OMG lol. Hopefully a lot of lean muscle gained these past 6 months. Crazy. New workout program at the gym. Jillian Michaels Bodyshred. Also got her workout DVDs Body Revolution as the gym schedule currently isn't that great. Hopefully this will give me a boost. :)

    I appreciate your comment. Unfortunately, I took a big hit to the scale with those three days off. I indulged a bit too much, but I'm almost back. Everything in life will have ups and downs, so I am taking it in stride. I hope the gym has been working out well for you. Once you get yourself a schedule, it'll become a habit. It may sound strange, but you'll begin to enjoy your time at the gym. I'm sure you'll also get to the point of trying to out do your previous performances. Keep moving and it'll pay off.
