I appreciate your comment. Unfortunately, I took a big hit to the scale with those three days off. I indulged a bit too much, but I'm almost back. Everything in life will have ups and downs, so I am taking it in stride. I hope the gym has been working out well for you. Once you get yourself a schedule, it'll become a habit. It may sound strange, but you'll begin to enjoy your time at the gym. I'm sure you'll also get to the point of trying to out do your previous performances. Keep moving and it'll pay off.

Joined the gym! WooHoo!
Start Saturday with orientation on the Cardio equipment for an hour then LifeFit Circuit for another hour. Sunday will be my first class - Bodyflow- mix of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. Fitness advisor at the club set my goal to lose 50 lbs by May. I'm already down 1.4 lbs from the beginning of the week. :)
