    Running

    I've started to run and it feels great. I've decided to do my first 5K in June... hoping I don't throw up before finishing and at least to complete the 5k in less than 30 minutes. That's quite a challenge, but we'll see what happens. I subscribe to the Coach to 5K which I really like and I am in my second (out of 9) week. I am currently running 3 times a week and lifting 3 times as well.

    Running..

    woooho... I started running... so excited. This is a mayor goal I am finally accomplishing. I've been wanting to start running for a long time, but never got the guts to do it. FInally. My first day and feels already great. My goal is to run the 5k in provo in june.

    I graduated

    I'm sorry I've been neglecting my GymBuddies, I've been putting all my effort into physical therapy. Today was my last day (they told me I "graduated") so now I can get back to regular exercises and slowly build back up.

    back on track... again.

    Snowed?! We only got a little up in the mountains, I think a lot of it melted. It's still on the mountains to our south though. We haven't had our first snow yet, still have "tons" of leaves to finish dropping yet.
