    What's up with the weight fluctuation each day. I weigh more after tons of exercise. Then again I did exceed my calorie limit yesterday too but still. 1 day???? No breaks

    From the Big Apple to the City of Brotherly Love

    Started with personal trainer on Monday June 1st. While there is an important in overall muscle tone, the weight is still there. Eating needs to be the additional focus in the equation here. Generally calorie count is about 1600 or more (usually 1750). Drinking is a big factor
