Flying solo
Thursday, September 16.. A sad and happy day at the same time. That was the day I finished the Health-E-Call program with Dr. Graham Thomas and turned in my I-phone for tracking food, etc. As of that day, I have to do it on my own. I know I can do it. I'm down 47 pounds since the beginning of April. Time to keep going. I really need to focus on exercise. The food is kind of second nature now.
