Tanita scale
Bought a Tanita scale couple of weeks ago. Shows the bodyfat %. Been very motivating for me. Sometimes just the weight has not been a very accurate measurement of have I made progress or not.

RHC Month1 - FINISHED!
Finally finished RHC Month1. Took much longer than 1 month, though. Nonetheless, got through it. This week starting RHC Month 2. Looking forward to it.

Recovering after being sick
Was quite sick for a couple of weeks and yesterday was a first full day at gym since over a couple of weeks. Results not as good as I had hoped, but better than I had feared. Starting the long road to recovery...

Chinese food
Living in China, naturally we often eat Chinese food. You might have 5-6 different dishes on the table. Let's say there is 3 people eating. Problem: how do you estimate what you have eaten to any degree of accuracy?
