One more try
I am ready to get back on track with my working out and my diet. I will be better, healthier and stronger going into 2010. Hoping to find motivators this year reach to help me reach my goals.

Oh my
I have not been working out or following my food intake properly and have paid the price. It was paid in 3 pounds. Ugh!

Eye on the prize
I have decided that I am no longer going to track my weight on a daily basis as this is making me a little crazy. I will be tracking on Monday's and will hopefully see some positive changes. The little ups and downs daily are getting to be a bit discouraging. I hope that this helps.
