When I get my bench and dumbell I can't weight to start this up. I noticed the workout says to do abs 3 times a week. And I assume you should also do cardio 3 times a week. Does anyone have any recommendations on how many times a week to do the other workouts and which ones to combine into one work out(day)? Thanks for any help.
