getting mad
so im getting a little erked that my weight is going up as I get more muscle, im trying to lose weight damnit! Going to talk to the recruiter today to get some tips.

so ive been gone all weekend
So on Friday I did my normal work out of a beer and some margaritas haha but to pay off for it me and tim and johnathen went up to estis park where a friend of mine owns 40 acres of land. We cut down about 7 trees and cut them up for fire wood. In order to get them to the truck and trailer though we had to chuck all the pieces down the hill, mind you this was a mile long hill. OMG that was a workout and a half, once we finally got all the logs down to the bottom we got to load them all into the truck and trailer and drive home smoking some stogeys and drinking some cold brews, was a good day.

two workouts, 1 day, ugh
So I went with my mom this morning to the pulse for 2 hours, in these two hours I did some muscle training to warm up then hit the bike for 20 minutes, then took a break for 15 and then went into the muscle building class called "body pump". I this class we use weights and do cardio routines at the same time which wore me out, worked out my pecks, abs,quads,biceps, triceps, and pretty much everything in my body, ugh! Later tonight I went with tim to play some raquetball, we played for about an hour but I was completely worn out by then and full from eating so that was it for tonight. taking a break and then working out on Saturday as well as cutting some wood.

Just started
So im starting this website and it looks neat, going tomorrow to do a 2 hour workout, gonna weigh in and see where im at there.
