gotta figure this out
So... what is up? I need to drop down to about 170... but it tough to balance the muscle and weight... not that I have too much muscle... but I am going to cut calories here and see what happens over the next week... shooting for about 1600 a day... wonder what will happen to my ability to lift? Will it be impacted? We will see...

Need Adjustments
looks like I am stuck between 174-173, don't like that one bit. So... snacks will now be olives and tuna, we will see what that gets me. Now more protein bars.
