    I want you to get to the higher point in your calories. You need to increase your leptin levels and decrease your cortizone levels. This will not happen if you do not get to your maintenance calories. When you eat below your maintenance calories, you loose weight because you are depriving your body of essential nutrients. In order to stay on track and stay healthy, you need to give yourself the nutrients your body needs. You need to stay healthy. Further, leptin levels help to increase your metabolism, and in times of caloric deficit, it naturally decreases to help your body get the nutrition it needs to stay healthy. Your body wants to stay at the same weight. Cortisol levels increase when your body is under stress. Your body is under stress when it does not receive adequate nutrition to maintain your body weight. Cortisol levels increase when you eat at a deficit to maintain nutrition to maintain your body weight. This will lead to a plateau. Please get to your upper caloric levels.
