Body weight, diet changes.
Tracked some body weights today. Was 102 kg immediately after christmas, now down under 98 only 6 weeks later. Doing zone diet with 18 blocks a day, and a cheat day on Saturday. Working well so far!

Progress
Losing weight (down from 38" to 34" in jeans size); getting fit, feeling better... Christmas will be challenging - but back in Germany in early January for renewed efforts.

Increasing workouts.
I've upgraded my Crossfit membership from 3 times/week to unlimited. Aiming to do one WOD every day (making it 6 per week). Aching as hell but powering ahead. Love this family of fellow crossfitters :)

One week of crossfit
Been doing Crossfit for a week now and loving it. The whole body aches but I love sweating and I actually like the pain. Will upgrade from 3 times a week to unlimited (hoping to do five times weekly) to speed things up a bit, although it IS a marathon and I hope this will change my life forever.

Progress and crossfit
Seems like just a month of careful dieting has paid off. Down to 101.0 from 103.0 (same circumstances when weighing). Also starting Crossfit today, will see how it goes.
